Today is the last day scheduled for tracking with Mikey Mason. From here on out we’ll be working on mixing and then move on to mastering. We celebrated the end of tracking with some delicious brews that Mikey had brought to the studio. Don’t let the can fool you, this little guy packed one hell of a punch. Deliciously potent in all of its alcohol glory.

Saturday sessions usually begin with donuts. This Saturday was no exception. I stopped by the bakery on the way to work and picked up an assortment of artery clogging goodies.

Studio Sushi for Lunch

It’s always nice to throw in a little change and variety into the studio diet. That’s where sushi comes in. Now, this sushi is by no means the best, but it’s still fairly decent. It provides a much-needed refrain between the burgers, pizzas, and bread sticks that typically dominate studio lunch and dinner breaks.
